DENTAL ANATOMY
Dental anatomy is defined as the study of the growth, morphology, identification, and identification of each tooth within the human dentition. It also includes the observation of how each tooth relates to the other teeth within the same dental arch and to the teeth within the opposing arch in terms of shape, form, structure, colour, and characteristic. Thus, one of the main components of the competencies desired to practise dentistry at all levels is the observation of dental anatomy, physiology, and occlusion.
